I am so glad my friend from Japan, is back. Guy in uniform who can resist that. Although, I think he is now out and home visiting family, I am so glad he is safe and here in the US. I love our chats, what a great guy! Welcome Back!

I just had Chinese food. I am so full, I am about to go workout, I need to do extra, cause I ate too much!

Do you all like Chinese food? I sure do. I have to carb up for this weekend. I guess I will have a little "extra" lovin soon. So I do not want to run out of energy.
